A search extract of BMW's page says BMW UK recruits mostly October to March; 2026 Level 6 listings (search summaries, not read) were Communications at Farnborough, and Manufacturing Engineering and Electronic Engineering (the latter with Birmingham City University), starting at the end of August 2026. Reports say decisions 2-3 weeks after the AC; the whole process can take up to about six months. Opening dates for 2027 not confirmed. source

A commercial source describing BMW Group in general says tests may be sent after application, including an SJT plus numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning combined in a Criteria RCAT of 51 questions in 20 minutes.
